Overview: SPHERES Pre ++ is the smallest of all the SPHERES releases thus far. Due to time restraints, Murata was not able to assemble a fully complete book and offered this as a sort of "preview" to the final [?] SPHERES release.

Details: Most of the artwork contained in SPHERES++ consists of rough sketches of the original R2 Last Exile DVD covers. The remainder consists of more random character sketches, and two more polished illustrations of Al and Dio [pictured below.] The paper quality is nothing amazing, and the book is staple-bound. Also, SPHERES++ differs from the others in that the printing has a blue hue as opposed to the typical silver tone. Unless you are a completist or can obtain this release for a good price, it isn't much of a loss if you don't chase it down.
